50 Cal Fit Ltd. are searching for a personable, professional & thorough messenger/appointment setter to contact prospective clients via social media messaging.

The appointment setter's responsibilities include messaging people on instagram & managing the inbox, generating and having conversations with potential clients over 50, for a male only online fitness coaching business.

Understanding the fitness needs and characteristics of people in this demographic would be advantageous.

While on the account, you will also be expected to book calls with potential leads for coaches and keep track of leads on a lead tracker appointed by managers.

You will be required to work 4 hours per day in this role. Within the 4 hours, we will have set targets for you to hit within that time frame.

Results: Will be expected to maintain or exceed booking calls per working hour for clients that when called by client have an average close rate of 70% of packages between £2000-£5000

Responsibilities:

Engaging in a specific lead generation strategy on all required social platforms
Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance
Following protocols of booking, cancelling or rescheduling calls for clients
Provide insightful feedback to improve processes and implement new ideas effectively
Required to attend 1 team meeting weekly & 1 shadow session where necessary
Be able to work to targets set by managers/coaches

Requirements:

Fluent use of Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.
Experience in customer service or sales is required
Some knowledge or experience of fitness is preferred but not mandatory
Must understand my niche + what I can offer to them as e.g lead magnets, triage calls, etc. (You will be provided with a bank of resources to utilise where you see fit)
Must be able to pick up and implement a specific communication style rapidly (My page is very much about men over 50 who want to build strength to remain independent and active into their retirement years.)
Must be able to display empathy where necessary when speaking to potential clients
Must be able to work in the afternoons / evenings

Salary: £12 per hour + 5% per call closed (pay review assessed after first 6 months)

Hours: 8 am-9am & 5pm-8pm Mon-Sun, initially with scope for more depending on performance
