This role entails:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish and differentiate the company's brand identity, aligning with business goals and market positioning to drive growth, engagement, and competitive advantage.
Creating engaging, innovative & content including text posts, videos and images for all our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn.
Promoting Firma Stella products and services in a unique way that is consistent with our brand & social media strategy.
Using your artistic flair in designing engaging & interesting graphics
Developing new social media strategies and unique campaigns based on data.
Interacting with our customers, seeking potential new customers & dealing with enquiries via our social media platforms.
Plan & schedule social media posts using a calendar that lines up with the world's sporting events, company updates and sales campaigns. Also reacting quickly to breaking news in the sporting world.
Running and managing our email marketing campaigns. Analysing data from previous campaigns and adapting to new campaigns.

Your experience & qualifications

A strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok & Mailchimp.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a hybrid role; your responsibilities will be split between working from Firma Stella HQ in Worcestershire & working from home. The role includes flexibility around your working hours to cover major sporting event. We're looking for someone experienced in Social Media who can drive our platforms forward to the best in our industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
