We’re looking for someone to manage our clients through their journey — We hold our client success as paramount importance to us. We want someone who is enthusiastic and passionate who will learn our systems and processes and be able to deliver exceptional coaching, to further increase our client’s results.
You are experienced in client management, you enjoy building relationships with people. We are looking to grow our business to consistent 7 figures monthly and you will help us reach that whilst retaining high business morality, which includes ensuring our clients get unbelievable results.
You learn quickly and are the pinnacle of vision, organisation, people development, and finding solutions.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience in some form of client support
- The industry is not important, but you must have a history in dealing with people. We need to see proof of you dealing with clients, the good, the bad & the ugly.
Some Experience with coaching
- You have some experience with coaching other people. Previous work with clients will be great here.
Multitasking & Project management skills
- You will have a lot of clients to care for…. And our clients deserve the very best care in the world. So you will need experience with tools like Asana or Trello to stay organised.
Experience working with clients on a digital platform
- You’re familiar with CRM softwares & other communication platforms.
Your Responsibilities & Opportunity:
- 1-2-1 onboarding call with our clients.
- 1-2-1 accountability calls with our clients throughout their journey.
- Guiding clients through the program
- Managing virtual events
- First line of support in helpdesk
- General technical support for our clients.
- Jumping on group coaching calls for our clients.
- Answering general coaching support questions.

You are focused. You’re excellent at seeing a task through to completion before moving on to something else.
You’re able to develop and maintain strategies for individual clients’ needs.

This is an office-based position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
