The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in launching Thrive Homecare and supporting the growth of Plan with Care. This is a hands-on role where you will implement marketing strategies and create impactful campaigns to boost our visibility, engage our audience, and drive results. From producing engaging content to managing digital platforms, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Campaigns: Create and manage engaging content for blogs, social media, and print. Oversee the production of video content, ensuring it aligns with brand values.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, optimise Google Business Profiles, and implement SEO strategies to boost online visibility.
- Community Engagement: Represent the organisation at local events and deliver talks to build strong community connections.
- Advertising & Sponsorship: Identify opportunities for impactful ad placements and sponsorships within budget.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign outcomes, produce reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in marketing or public relations.
- Strong skills in creating and managing content across various platforms.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with digital tools, including social media platforms, website management, and analytics.
- Willingness to travel in Kent once or twice a week as needed.
- A creative mindset and results-driven approach.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Experience in relationship-focused marketing.
- Previous exposure to the care sector.

We work flexibly as a team to meet the needs of the people we support, their families and ourselves. We all work from home, visiting people’s homes across Kent, Londonand Sussex as necessary. In general, we talk as a team most mornings, and do the work in the way that works for us and the people we support.

Salary
