Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives. We are looking for a creative and analytical individual who can effectively balance technical and creative tasks, with a passion for sustainability and the bathroom industry.

We use intelligent technology to deliver the world’s most advanced shower systems. Costs are reduced, users are delighted, and our customers are empowered to play a breakthrough role in safeguarding the planet’s future. Our showers are the only ones in the world to be recognised by the Government's Standard Assessment Procedure, running at just 4.5l/m without affecting user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Kelda Showers' products and services across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee the management social media platforms and online presence, driving engagement and brand awareness.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns
Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and optimise future strategies.

Key Experience:

Experienced Marketing professional
Experience within the kitchen & bathroom industry (desirable)
Degree or relevant marketing professional qualification (Desirable)
Experience in brand marketing
Able to prioritise workload effectively
B2B and B2C experience (ideally)
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing tools).
