Celebrating our 18th birthday this year, we are an independent agency looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager. We require someone to join work with the team and support the delivery of an ever-growing client. While based in Waterlooville, our 4 Day Working Week combined with hybrid working makes for a flexible working week and healthy work-life balance.

As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in implementing SEO campaigns for some of our largest clients and delivering tangible results.

Ideally, you will have SEO experience in an agency background in a similar role and are looking to join an agency where you will have the support you need to grow clients as well as your own personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management; day-to-day admin and liaising with client as well as SEO work and strategy implementation
Collaborate with the team lead and Head of SEO to implement effective digital marketing strategies
Maintain professional client communication, both written, verbal and face-to-face
Independently manage tasks with a focus on results
Actively participate in strategy and planning sessions
Conduct regular reporting and maintain positive client relations
Contribute to and support in the preparation monthly reports to highlight campaign successes
Analyse and review campaign effectiveness on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as appropriate

Ideal Candidate:

Strong Experience in SEO and Content Writing
Ideally, experience/knowledge of PPC
Analytical and commercially astute in approach
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Committed to delivering high-quality service to clients
Proficient and open to learning new marketing tools and technologies
Understanding of Google and SEO tools and best practices and a desire to learn
