Responsible for supporting Marketing Director and Head of Commercial in developing, implementing and managing marketing initiatives aligned with the group business goals.
Business systems management to ensure technology solutions implemented by commercial deliver the maximum possible value
RFIs coordination, completion and delivery, making sure Linical submits on time and in fully alignment with the sponsor’s requirement

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing
- Collaboration with Marketing Director in planning and implementation of global Marketing initiatives
- Content Marketing: planning, coordination and development of key content to support Linical’s positioning
- Support in Website and social media planning and management
- Conferences: planning, coordination and logistics

Business Systems management (SalesForce, HubSpot, LinkedIn…)
- Train end users in the use of implemented systems. Develop user manuals and other necessary documentation.
- Provide support to users after implementation of new systems or upgrades.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to obtain information to assist in decision making.
- Act as a point of contact between the business and technical teams, facilitating communication and mutual understanding
- Must have knowledge of relevant systems including but not limited to SFDC, HubSpot, LinkedIn and any portals the sponsor chooses to use for RFI and RFP submissions.

Managing RFIs
- Thoroughly understand the Sponsor's Requirements by carefully reading the RFI and seeking clarification if needed
- Coordination with internal teams, gathering information across multiple departments.
- Customizing responses to the specific needs of the sponsor or project
- Ensure compliance with deadlines
- Maintenance of the RFI Master file

Required Skills and Abilities

Strong presentation, writing and analytical skills
Ability to optimally collaborate in cross-departmental projects
Highly proficient computer skills

Education and Experience

University degree in business or marketing, or comparable experience or education
At least 5 years of marketing experience, or comparable experience and qualifications
Experience using graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred
