About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and skilful in digital marketing, social media management, designing, video editing, content writing and more. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand development and management, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and build a strong online community.
- Design and Video Editing: Oversee the creation of high-quality design assets, including graphics, infographics, and videos.
- Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy, including blog posts, articles, and other written content.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Passion for marketing and a creative mindset.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
