Your Role:

As our PPC Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimising paid campaigns that promote SquareSkills’ innovative online learning solutions. You will also coordinate with freelancers to produce engaging video content and leverage Adobe tools to design high-quality static creatives that support campaign success. Lead generation campaigns are a must and will be the primary goal of your efforts to convert prospects into engaged learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Paid Social.
Use tools like Google Tag Manager and Search Console to enhance campaign performance and insights.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with freelancers to produce compelling video content that aligns with campaign goals.
Design visually engaging static assets using Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and engagement.
Work closely with internal teams to align PPC initiatives with SquareSkills' broader marketing objectives.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and complement paid campaigns.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for website improvements.
Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content structure, for better search engine rankings.
Research and implement effective link-building strategies to boost domain authority.
Monitor SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on PPC campaign management.
Creative Skills: Proficiency with Adobe tools for designing campaign assets.
Leadership: Experience managing freelancers and overseeing the production of multimedia content.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Bonus: Prior experience in e-learning or a similar industry and familiarity with Paid Social campaigns.
SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles, including technical and on-page optimisation.
Mindset: Data-driven, innovative, and results-focused with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
