As Email & Direct Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimisation of the multi-channel CRM plans across the UK, France, Ireland and Spain.
You will be involved in the following activities:
Marketing Plan :
- Support the delivery of the multi-channel CRM strategy to drive customer retention and value post booking
- Optimise a personalised and cohesive customer experience across all marketing channels post booking
- Contribute to the data-driven annual, seasonal and tactical, Campaign and BAU CRM planning lifecycle, aligning with the overall Retention objectives, and underpinned by customer segments.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of customer lifecycle programmes
- Implement and optimise personalised content, creative and product selection in collaboration with the Product & Content team
- Explore new functionality and/or new tools that could elevate the innovation
- Build solid relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective CRM communications.
Reporting :
- Produce and share benchmarks reports from the Brittany Ferries competitors within the travel industry in terms of e-mail and direct marketing communications.
- Create regular reporting, working with the International Email & Direct Marketing Manager, to analyse activity and interpret data to drive continual improvements and suggest recommendations across CRM performance, customer and sales KPI’s.
Qualification :
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification desirable.
Experience :
- Proven track record of planning and implementing customer-led, targeted email and direct marketing campaigns, and the commercial results these have achieved.
- Strong organisational and planning experience with a proven ability to work on several projects and meet tight deadlines.
Competencies :
- Good analytical skills with evidence of data-based decision-making.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Aptitude for understanding consumer travel marketing and the customer journey.
- Able to understand basic HTML and modify an advantage
- Able to make suggestions based on knowledge and context in times of ambiguity and pressure.
- Bilingual French and English. A level native English is desirable.
