We're looking for a copywriting whizz with a knack for social media and sharp attention to detail to join our Marketing team. As Marketing Coordinator at Tech Nation, you'll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge marketing campaigns and digital engagement strategies for Tech Nation's scaleup programmes, events, and the Global Talent Visa endorsement programme. Your key role will involve seamless collaboration with our Marketing Manager and programme leads, contributing significantly to our exciting initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop persuasive, targeted and impactful copy for various marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, brochures, and website copy
- Help craft and launch dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns across programmes, events, and report launches
- Command Tech Nation's vibrant social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, posting regularly to these platforms and fostering a lively community
- Produce the Tech Nation bi-weekly newsletter including planning, writing and designing content
- Create eye-catching marketing assets that leap off the screen, such as PDF brochures and social media visuals
- Enhance and refresh website content to showcase Tech Nation's products and initiatives with optimal SEO
- Track and monitor campaign progress against KPIs and populate marketing reports
- Activate targeted email campaigns, managing data sets, email templates, HTML email design and message copy
- Configure event registration pages and lead generation forms
- Work alongside the Tech Nation team, cohort members and guests onsite at events, helping manage photographers and videographers onsite and feeding into live social media coverage of the events
Requirements
- Excellent copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability for digital storytelling
- Social media marketing experience and knowledge across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Sharp attention to detail with a keen eye for crafting stellar pieces of content
- Startup mentality with excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Passion for delivering cutting-edge marketing campaigns for innovative concepts
- Active interest in tech, startups, and entrepreneurship
Desirable:
- Experience managing a website via a CMS like WordPress
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Email marketing experience (MailChimp and Pardot knowledge an asset)
- Experience delivering on marketing KPIs and growing audiences
