Event Marketing Coordinator
Hybrid working, 3 days per week in London Office
up to £40,000 depending on experience
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist marketing managers in executing campaigns and activities for various projects and engagement initiatives.
- Update websites with relevant content, ensuring an optimal user experience and improved conversion rates.
- Set up, test, and execute segmented email campaigns, social media initiatives, and referral programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing materials align with established brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with a centralized marketing team to implement best practices in marketing strategies.
- Support sales retention and engagement by fulfilling contractual obligations across multiple platforms, including websites, event apps, email, social media, and press outlets.
- Travel and attend meetings or events as needed.
Primary Skills/Abilities Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client- or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management abilities with proven time management skills.
- High attention to detail; proactive, organized, accountable, and analytical. Must be a motivated team player with strong multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and workflows in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Preferred experience with HTML, graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop), and marketing software.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel.
