Marketing Specialist
Location: 1day/week from our London Victoria office and 4days from home

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the member-get-member scheme, increasing referrals and developing it into a sales-generating channel
· Manage multiple projects at once with strong accountability towards meeting established deadlines
· Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns, programmes and events in line with business strategies
· Promptly flag performance drops, identify possible causes and execute correction.
· Develop and maintain a schedule of marketing campaigns, events and social media activity
· Monitor competitor activities looking for best practices
· Prepare marketing reports using data analytics tools
· Work on all core marketing disciplines including web-based content, content marketing, print, digital, social media, direct marketing, and promotional marketing.
· Help highlight new technologies and opportunities to grow our online sales channels.
· Understand and maintain the brand values in all marketing initiatives and communications.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, in telco market
- Ideally, you will also have knowledge of Paid Ads, Wordpress, MailChimp and Hootsuite.
- Strong communication skills and creativity
- Strong presentation, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Solution-focused and able to thrive in a result-oriented, high-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
- A strong ability to identify new business opportunities and translate them into sales growth
- Excellent analytical and copy writing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Data-driven, self-starter with experience in multiple analytics platforms.
- Eager to contribute ideas & run tests to analyze and improve performance against business KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
