We’ve built assets that scan socials for viral content, analyse content performance and systemise content production so that we can produce 500+ viral-worthy short-form content pieces every month with ease. Who You Are
- You’re creative, with an exceptional eye for quality, highly skilled at spotting what makes social media content viral-worthy, able to apply this to content creation and have a deep interest in social media marketing. You’ll also know how to perfectly blend creativity and data to make content decisions.
- You’re exceptional at directing talent and leading teams through content production from start to finish. You have outstanding communication skills, can build great working relationships and are able to align clients, teams and suppliers to all play their part in producing amazing content.
- You’ll be curious about (and excited to use) the assets we have built, obsessed with continuously improving our content production system and excited by the challenge of creating viral-worthy short-form content at scale (e.g. Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, TikTok, etc.) (circa 500 pieces of content per month)
What You’ll Do
- You’ll lead our talent and team through every step of the cycle; doing the content research and performance analysis, planning shoots, supporting our creatively talented clients to film content, overseeing our editing team, doing quality control checks and distributing content to the team to publish on socials. This sounds like a lot to do but don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert in these areas, you’ll have access to our tools and systems that give you everything you need to succeed and our friendly Directors (both Marketing experts) can guide if required.

Please note this role is
- A contract role, not PAYE
- Full time but flexible (as long as content deadlines are met and you can work successfully with our clients and team who are based globally)
