EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Within our highly engaging Communications team, we’re on the lookout for a Creative Content Officer to join us, becoming an integral part of our in-house creative agency.
In this bespoke and high-profile role, you’ll manage the day to day running of the internal creative team. You’ll be coordinating campaigns and projects from the initial brief through to delivery, making sure that work flows through the agency efficiently and is delivered to a high-quality standard on time.
As our face into the business, you’ll own the creative process and will be tasked with gaining clarity on requests for content, all whilst championing and advocating our brand guidelines.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Lead the day to day running of the internal creative team, managing creative content requests from brief through to delivery, overseeing resource management and making sure work is delivered to brief, on brand and on time
- Evaluating our content traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
- Monitoring creative demand vs resource capacity and updating key stakeholders where appropriate
- Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
- Managing our print suppliers, sending artwork to print
- Building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the business
- Upholding customer service standards making sure all people who interact with the agency get the same excellent experience
- Overseeing recharges and completing monthly accounts
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

You’ll join us with prior experience of working within a creative team, will have creative flair and extensive knowledge of the creative production process.
We need someone who is a tactful communicator, with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. Our clients are our team, and you will be responsible for building great relationships with them. You’ll need to be clear, diplomatic and on the ball at all times. You must be comfortable with managing challenging conversations around deadlines and feedback.
Most important of all, as our new Creative Content Officer you’ll need to possess exceptional time management and organisation skills. You will relish working in a fast-paced, high volume workload environment, be able to manage multiple project deliverables to tight deadlines and be comfortable with navigating in a changing landscape.
