Position Summary
Uniguest, a global leader in digital engagement, digital signage, and IP video, is seeking a talented and motivated Web Designer to join our Global Marketing team. Reporting into our Brand & Creative Manager, the Web Designer will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our company website to engage with our target audiences, increase lead generation, and build brand awareness.

Primary Responsibilities
- Website Management and Design:
- Oversee and enhance the company website using WordPress with the Divi theme and page builder.
- Using Divi Builder, design visually appealing, fast-loading, and informative webpages to captivate our target audience.
- Increase lead generation by enhancing the user journey to encourage users to complete forms.
- Ensure all webpages and assets are optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript to customize the website as needed.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize website visibility and performance and provide regular reports on our organic traffic and search rankings for key phrases.
- Lead a project to make the website multilingual in the most efficient manner. Manage our website hosting and DNS.
- Google Account Management: Manage the company's Google account, including Search Console, Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, and Business Profile Manager.
- Online Advertising: Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms to enhance our reach online and support specific campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Create and edit graphical elements for the website using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Remote Work and Team Collaboration:
- Work remotely from home, demonstrating trustworthiness and an ability to work independently at home.
- Collaborate effectively with the rest of the Marketing team and wider business.
- Occasionally, the Web Designer may be required to visit one of our UK offices.
Experience & Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a remote and team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce’s Account Engagement suite would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Analytics, Ads, and Tag Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience using WordPress and Divi Builder is essential.
- Experience in managing SEO, pay-per-click advertising, and mobile optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and basic JavaScript for website customization.
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
