To lead this effort, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager who can drive brand visibility, increase conversions, and help us make a meaningful impact.
As the ideal candidate, you will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on driving conversions through our Direct-to-Consumer website. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of key channels—SEO, email marketing, and social media—and a proven track record of delivering results. Experience running successful campaigns in YMYL/EEAT sectors and using the latest AI-powered tools to optimize productivity is highly desirable.
Working closely with the CEO, you will take full ownership of our digital marketing initiatives and be directly responsible for achieving an agreed-upon increase in monthly program subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Management: Elevate organic search rankings and increase site traffic, making SEO a critical cornerstone of your strategy.
- Digital Strategy Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to boost brand awareness and enhance conversion rates.
- Content Oversight: Oversee the creation of compelling, platform-tailored content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
- Email Marketing: Implement and refine email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive customer retention.
- Analytics & Optimization: Leverage tools like Google Analytics to assess performance, gain insights, and continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
