Job Summary

Working alongside our Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll unleash your ideas, lead brainstorming sessions that spark new perspectives, and create compelling, thumb-stopping narratives across social platforms and influencer partnerships. Your deep understanding of social media trends, evolving digital platforms, and influencer marketing will make you an invaluable force in pushing boundaries and delivering client success. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Ideation: Craft dynamic and innovative campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with client objectives. Your concepts should be fresh, trendsetting, and tailored to audience engagement and impact.
- Content Creation & Collaboration: Bring your creative vision to life by filming and editing captivating video content and collaborating with our in-house design team. Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and delivers an engaging, consistent message across all channels.
- Trend Spotting: Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry innovations, integrate them into your creative strategies, and share valuable insights with the team to stay ahead of the curve.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to present and pitch your creative concepts, providing strong rationale and strategic insights that demonstrate how your ideas align with client goals and will drive results.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use performance analytics and data insights to fine-tune and enhance creative strategies, ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum reach, engagement, and measurable success.
- Pitch Development: Play a key role in shaping new business proposals and pitch presentations, contributing compelling and standout creative ideas that captivate potential clients and set us apart from the competition.
Personal Specifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in creative strategy, content development, or social media marketing, ideally within a fast paced agency environment.
- Platform Knowledge: Expert level experience in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.) and an understanding how to harness their unique features to grab attention and drive engagement
- Creative Thinking: A natural innovator who can think outside the box and generate original concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Influencer Knowledge: Strong understanding of influencer marketing, with experience in working with content creators to deliver authentic and effective campaigns.
- Storytelling Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate brand messaging into engaging narratives.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and analytics to refine creative strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborative Approach: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work closely with internal teams and clients to bring creative visions to life.
- Client Facing: Comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Content Production: Ability to execute content creation (primarily filming and edit short-form videos) to a high standard.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
