As the Townhouse business continues to expand across the UK and Internationally we are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager who will play a major role in the ongoing success and growth of the marketing function within Townhouse.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and more.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into our content.
- Write, edit, and publish posts that reflect our brand’s voice and style.
- Design visually appealing graphics and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and strategies.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and community engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise content and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for community members.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in social media management and community engagement with a focus on the luxury or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts and online communities.
- A genuine passion and deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Knowledge of industry trends and audience preferences.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a bonus.
LOCATION:
Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
