Role Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Creative Assistant to join our team. This role is focused on implementing social media tasks and engaging with our online community to help grow our presence. Working remotely in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and time management skills are essential to ensure effective collaboration with the team and timely execution of tasks. The role will be a 6 month contract to start with, with the view to move to permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit and optimize short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Content Scheduling: Use scheduling tools to post content according to the provided schedule and plan.
- Cross-Platform Posting: Ensure consistency across platforms when sharing content.
- Engagement: Reply to comments and messages on social media, building positive connections with our audience and representing the brand’s voice.
- Brand Awareness: Help grow the Cara Fitness presence online by implementing the content plan effectively.
- Support Marketing Themes: Execute social media tasks that align with monthly marketing themes provided by the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a remote, fast-paced team environment. This includes responding to team messages in a timely manner and being clear about your working hours.
- Experience with Social Media: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Experience using scheduling tools is a bonus!
- Creative Skills: Confidence in video editing and creating engaging visual content.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ensure all content is scheduled, posted, and aligned with the brand’s tone and goals.
- Reliable & Flexible: Comfortable with a part-time schedule and available for overtime during busy periods.
