Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative Content & Production Specialist to support designing, executing, and evolving group internal communications content.
This person will be at the heart of the ongoing enhancement and innovation of our content production, using creative ideas and content trends to deliver exceptional internal comms content for Entainers. Think ‘social media content creator’, but internally!
Create engaging copy that helps deliver key messages with impact.
Proactively create basic video content and basic design of imagery, working closely with external partners where needed, to ensure flawless delivery and high levels of engagement.
Support live virtual, hybrid and in-person internal events so that Entainers, globally, engage with key messages.
Support with aligning our content approach with the goals of the business, working closely with the other members of the Internal Comms team to ideate and deliver high-impact ideas.
Be the go-to for all content-related support, offering practical advice in planning, content creation, execution and measurement for both online and offline initiatives.
Liaise with key internal stakeholders, leveraging networks to bring content to life.
Build strong relationships with the external comms and employer brand teams to collaborate on content.
Key Responsibilities:
Content production and support:
Content production for the intranet (Entain.Me), Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams and Staffbase (email production)
Copywriting – Intranet articles, Viva Engage posts, email updates and newsletters etc
Providing proof-reading advice and support, working with the Internal Comms team members to deliver best-in-class written content
Simple video production/coordination of external creative partners
Simple image creation e.g. Viva Engage Banners, digital screen imagery/coordination of external creative partners
Event design and coordination of external partners
Innovation and trend research:
Content optimisation (Working closely with Senior IC Channels Manager):
Collaboration & alignment:
Qualifications
Copywriting:
Strong writing and editing skills for various formats (intranet articles, newsletters, Viva Engage posts).
Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
Content Production:
Video Production:
Basic video editing skills using software like iMovie, Clipchamp, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Experience collaborating with external creative partners for more complex video projects.
Image Creation:
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Ability to create simple visuals and coordinate with designers for more complex imagery.
Event Design and Coordination:
Experience supporting with events, including virtual and hybrid events.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work with external vendors and partners.
Innovation and Trend Research:
Passion for staying up to date on the latest content trends and technologies e.g. social influencer content, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube.
Passion for experimenting with new content formats and strategies.
