PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Tactical Campaign Executive will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns across six key service divisions: Flu Clinics, Wellbeing, Chest X-rays, Occupational Health, Health Surveillance, and Occupational Hygiene. You will be responsible for executing tactical elements of marketing campaigns, tailored to specific industry verticals, and working closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure seamless delivery and achieve campaign objectives.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
· Campaign Execution: Implement tactical elements of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, for each of the six service divisions.
· Industry-Specific Targeting: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for specific industry verticals, understanding their unique needs and pain points.
· Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content, such as social media posts, email copy, and blog articles, aligned with campaign messaging and tailored to each industry vertical.
· Campaign Tracking and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaign effectiveness for each service division.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional sales team, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.
· Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI for each service division.
· Reporting: Prepare regular campaign reports and providing actionable recommendations for each service division.
· Optimisation: Continuously identify opportunities to optimise campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics for each service division.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Proven experience in marketing or advertising, with a focus on tactical campaign execution.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
· Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
· A strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its various verticals.
