Who are we?
Karma Kitchen builds and leases commercial kitchen spaces to food businesses across the UK. We transform disused warehouses into beautiful, state-of-the-art spaces. Each site becomes a home to around 50 exciting food brands, who use the space for food manufacturing and/or delivery. Our partners are incredibly diverse, ranging from national restaurant chains to local market vendors.
Our goal is to be the backbone of the food industry, creating the infrastructure required to allow our partners to succeed. Once a partner joins us, they have everything taken care of, from maintenance to washing up. All they need to do is focus on the food and growth.
Karma Kitchen is growing fast, we have six live sites and we're opening another two next year.
Our Marketing team is only a year old. This makes this a great opportunity for anyone starting their career, who wants to gain experience across all areas of marketing with a specialism within content creation.
What's it like to work with us?
We're a small team and being in the office almost every day makes us incredibly close-knit. We eat lunch together daily, fight over the office speaker and have fun whilst getting the work done. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive workspace, meaning you get to be your true self.
Being in the food industry, a lot of the team are food lovers (and some not so much). However, one thing we all share is being self-starters, who value accountability and the ability to deliver results. We’re also a young office, so age is never seen as a barrier.
