About the role
We’re looking for a digital enthusiast to join the Performance Marketing team to help lead our strategy and execution across Brand and Performance within Paid Social. Driving success across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and not limited to wider PM Channels. With a focus on driving new customers and retaining existing customers.
The Paid Social Exec will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to in-house Dune’s Meta campaigns. They will be responsible for rolling out best-practice across set-up, execution, and content optimisation. This role is pivotal to our wider business strategy as we look to grow in Ireland and the US, as well as category grown in Menswear and Bags & Accessories.
The role will help support our approach to measurement of Social channels, proving out incrementality and driving content excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the execution of activity across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
- End-to-end management of paid social campaigns including forecasting, strategy, budget pacing, optimisation and measurement.
- Support testing across, Conversion Lift Testing, Brand Lift and A/B Testing.
- Develop strategies to support trade, seasonal launches and promotions across Spring Summer and Autumn Winter.
- Team up with CRM to deliver Lead Gen cross-channel tactics for Retention.
- Work with the Content Teams to stay ahead on creative and launch new assets.
- Responsible for Seasonal launch and Promotion planning across Paid Social Channels.
- Responsible for troubleshooting within the Paid Social channel.
- Lead the set-up of Paid Social campaigns, QA and performance reporting.
- Work effectively across the business, collaborating with teams to drive a clear and positive experience for our customers.
- Explore new channel and/or tools to improve engagement and efficiency
About you
- Previous experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta. Paid search/DV360 experience desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Social Ad platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Familiar with bidding platforms across Search (Adwords, Bing, Apple) and DV360
- Familiar with Product Feeds and Products Sets on Facebook.
- A passion for exploring the latest social media trends.
- A natural project manager, with experience in running end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, with a test & learn mindset, comfortable working with data (and data teams) to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working alongside product, content, and creative teams
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and other performance marketing techniques.
- Experience managing an agency or in-house stakeholders.
- Self-starter with ability to influence and drive projects forward.
- Ideally Retail or E-commerce experience, in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of digital KPIs controlling performance, ROI and profitability.
- Understanding of marketing technology, including tracking and attribution
