this is the job
You are a social-obsessed superstar, working alongside the Head of Marketing for both restaurant
& grocery businesses, to develop & review the social media strategy in line with business objectives
& the latest industry trends.
As our in-house content creator you’ll film, edit, and post industry leading social content on
Instagram for both our innovative restaurant, and fast-growing grocery business.
You’ll also work alongside our TikTok agency to brief, review and approve TikTok content.
You will be the voice of the brand, engaging with our followers on our social media platforms and
occasionally via our customer communications portal.
It’s an exciting, diverse role with loads of room for growth & development. One day you might be
filming an exciting new restaurant dish, the next you could be creating & shooting a delicious recipe
video with an itsu grocery product.
You’ll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest trends and innovation in both the
food and social media space & you’ll be totally passionate about growing the presence of our brand
on social.
skill and responsibility overview
- Plan, create, edit & measure beautiful, industry leading content for itsu restaurant & Grocery
- Create & film craveable recipes that resonate with our audience & champion NPD
- Work with Head of Marketing for restaurant & grocery to develop & review strategy
- Day-to-day lead on managing agency partners including but not limited to Lasting Lemons
- Budget management for all social media activity, ensuring activity doesn’t exceed budget
- Generate monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Proficient in creating & editing video content using video editing tools and software, such as
- CapCut, Final Cut Pro and Canva
