- The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading high quality fun-filled Tik Toks for our page & doing Tik Tok lives too.
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media & Content Creator to manage multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully leveraging Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn to engage target audiences through proven techniques. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyse and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring a tailored approach for each.
- Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies that align with clients' business goals.
Social Media Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with the client's goals and target audiences.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution.
Content Creation
- Generate engaging and high-quality content, including video, images, texts, and other multimedia assets.
- Write captivating captions and use appropriate hashtags and location/account tagging to maximise reach and engagement.
Platform Management
- Manage and optimise our clients' social media profiles across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik Tok and Google Business.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Audience Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster and facilitate meaningful interactions with the target audience.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Community Building
- Build and nurture a loyal and engaged online community.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand advocates.
Crisis Management
- Handle negative comments, controversies, and crises with a well-thought-out response strategy.
- Escalate serious issues to the appropriate teams within the organisation.
Influencer Partnerships
- Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with the brand's values and target audience to expand reach and credibility.
User-Generated Content (UGC) Campaigns
- Encourage customers and followers to create and share content related to the brand, products, or services.
Paid Advertising - an advantage
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns to meet clients' objectives.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Client Communication
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates, recommendations, and addressing their concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and experience with paid social media campaigns an advantage.
- An ideal requirement would be photography and video creation.
