Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality B2B content, media engagement, and effective communication strategies for our professional services clients. You’ll play a key role in managing relationships, developing impactful campaigns, and ensuring the success of the communications and marketing campaigns we deliver for our clients.
Duties
- Create compelling content for various platforms including white papers, guides, newsletters, social media, emails and websites.
- Work closely with our clients to plan and manage delivery plans and ensure we hit our targets.
- Support with the development of campaigns that achieve specific commercial or reputational goals across a range of channels: from outbound lead gen to inbound content marketing
- Manage media relations and cultivate positive relationships with journalists and other media representatives.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication effectiveness
Skills
- Proven experience in public relations, journalism, content marketing or a related field is essential.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to change style or tone of voice as required by our clients.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media and marketing tech plans platforms for professional communication purposes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools - hubspot, mail chimp, canva.

In order to attract the best candidates there is the opportunity for the role to be tailored to part- or full-time working, fully remote or hybrid working in our offices in Berkhamsted, just outside of London, with the potential for hours to flex around other commitments.
