We are looking for a talented Content Writer to join our award-winning Learning Experience Team. This role is about writing as few words as possible: working with our Learning Experience Designers to write short, sharp and engaging copy that captures learners’ attention and helps them develop new skills.
Day to day we’ll trust you to:
· Write courses, animation scripts, infographics or assessments in collaboration with our wider team
· Produce punchy copy that aligns with our clients’ tone-of-voice guidelines
· Write clear instructions that avoid ambiguity
· Structure content based on client and learner needs
· Review, proofread and quality assure your colleagues’ work, making recommendations for improvements
· Work with external talent, including writers, animators, designers and videographers to develop resources
· Use a range of software, including Microsoft 365, Asana and Miro to effectively organise your own workload and collaborate with others
· Support on marketing copy and tenders
· Build out interactive activities across a range of e-learning authoring tools (training will be provided).
You’ll need to have:
· An exceptionally high standard of written English
· The ability to adapt your writing to the medium and audience
· Excellent research skills
· A creative flair and the ability to write and present ideas convincingly and succinctly
· The ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
· IT skills including Microsoft Office

What we'd also like to see:
· Experience of the learning technology industry (or similar)
· Experience with the Evolve authoring tool or similar platforms like Wordpress
· Experience of creating audio and/or video content for the web.
