Objective of role
Supporting overall Sales and Marketing function in agreed areas. Assisting the team with
accurate and effective deliverables as required enhancing the team’s speed and efficiency.
Key outputs and success criteria
1. Total commitment to Divisional support
a. The commercial focus of the business is in Division where sales are
completed. Ensure all KPIs are focused on driving performance in Division
either directly or indirectly, manage effective implementation, support
Divisions in achieving their objectives, aiding an ongoing improvement in
capability and be proactive in all of the above
b. Specifically answering requests from Divisions and fielding them to the
appropriate manager as required
2. This is primarily a Project implementation role
a. The briefs will be varied, and this role requires excellent organisation,
prioritising the most urgent requirements, juggling multiple tasks and
ensuring all projects are delivered quickly, on-time on-budget and to a high
standard
b. Required to keep all team members informed of the status of all tasks by
managing a Status Reporting system
c. Projects will be varied, but will include new initiatives on MS Dynamics, sales
training, liaison with Divisions on implementation of sales techniques,
collating results and related communications
3. Work with Project and change team to ensure working within agreed framework
4. Required to manage deliverables from multiple agencies and ensure our work takes
priority within the agencies
a. Briefing very clearly
b. Checking the work matches the requirements of the brief
c. Ensuring all parties in the Sales and Marketing team are kept informed on
the progress of jobs
5. Supporting individual project deliverables for managers and fully understanding why
these deliverables are required so that quick decisions can be made
6. Issue and manage POs for the team
7. Following up on for legal approval and compliance as briefed
8. House type asset creation and liaison with internal / external partners
