As a UK Marketing Executive, you will support the wider marketing team and relevant business stakeholders to help plan, design and deliver marketing campaigns that achieve maximum impact and a positive return on investment.

What you’ll do
KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Support the Senior Manager, UK Marketing & Membership, by executing the UK marketing and membership strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns across various channels to increase the visibility of Hagerty UK.
- Optimize website content (blog posts, landing pages, etc.) to improve search engine rankings, with a focus on targeting relevant keywords for Hagerty's products and services.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz, and report on progress regularly.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns aimed at driving qualified leads through digital channels (paid search, display ads, social media, etc.).
- Monitor lead funnel performance, track customer journey touchpoints, and optimize campaigns to increase lead conversion rates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in accordance with the agreed marketing plans.
- Communicate marketing activity plans and performance to relevant stakeholders, refining and learning from market responses.
- Produce marketing communications, product materials and content for use in marketing campaigns and BAU activity. Ensure all materials and content are in full compliance with the communications process and are free from any legal, technical or regulatory breach or error.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of marketing activity and campaigns. Pro-actively identify ways to improve marketing effectiveness in terms of cost management, engagement, and conversion.
- Gathering market and competitor intelligence and using to inform actionable insights and recommendations.
- Produce creative content, including email, literature, webinars, sales collateral and blog posts.
- Creating/updating content for our websites using our CMS and tracking performance using the available tools to make suggestions for further improvements.
- Serve as our local brand guardian by supporting a continuous audit process to ensure adherence to our guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing assets and collateral.
- Manage external partners and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

- Strong copywriting and editing skills, demonstrating an attention to detail.
- Able to effectively manage time, tasks and costs across multiple activities and priorities.
- Experience of using a CMS system to deliver web content.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Proven marketing experience essential.
- Experience of working within insurance desired.
- Passion for classic cars welcomed.

- This position can be worked as remote position within the United Kingdom.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
