An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic UX Graphic Designer specialising in Web Apps and Digital Learning to join our growing IT and Development team to lead in defining our brand.

The Role
This is an exciting role, where your job will be to support the IT Director by planning and leading implementation of the brand and UX graphic design for the products and services we provide. You will need to understand our products and services end to end to enable you to provide a great user experience to wide ranging audiences. Among your key responsibilities will be:
- Define and lead the graphical design, brand standards, structure and navigation of our Portal, Case Management System Web Apps and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create site maps, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Develop interactive elements and user flows that ensure seamless user interaction.
- Hands on design of engaging and responsive interfaces that are optimised for a range of devices.
- Implement designs within our training modules to increase engagement with learners and use software and video tools such as Articulate 360 and Synthesia
- Optimise the design of our LMS platform to ensure the learner journey is clear, functional and visually attractive
- Work with existing systems to gradually bring in change to modernise the front-end of systems step by step, whilst having larger end goal in mind.
- Collaboration: work closely with the conveyancing team, subject matter experts, and developers to understand systems and ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Present captivating design concepts and explain rationale to stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure content is engaging, clear, and meets the educational needs of users.
- Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.

The Individual
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable values and ethics that mirror our own culture values and to be successful in the recruitment process you will need to evidence at least 5 years’ experience of the following in your CV:
- Leading the graphic design and branding of comparable size and variety of systems.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Figma, Articulate 360, Rise 360, Canva, and/or similar tools. Video editing skills are desirable.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to design.
- Training and design skills in creating engaging and interactive training materials for LMS platforms is desirable.
- Experience working with development to improve user experience: design, UI, helping to refine content, create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Proficient in MS Office Apps such as Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships with others and is seen as ‘approachable’.
- Good time management adopting a flexible approach to work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal – with a keen eye for detail.
Portfolio
A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, Web Apps and LMS platforms is desirable.
