Job Duties
Marketing Admin Assistant responsibilities will include assisting in organizing the Head of Marketing (HOM) to plan and deliver the marketing strategy as well as managing the daily office administration and management.
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the daily success of the office operations.
Responsibilities
Marketing -
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing activities
- Support the HOM in organizing various projects
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Assist in writing the marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to cement the company’s presence in the market
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
· Update and manage the spreadsheets and the CRM system (Hubspot) with the relevant information
· Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
· Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
· Maintain the website with regular updates required.
· Assist in preparing marketing emails to be sent to the database.
· Assist with PR enquiries for content.
Office admin –
· Answering the office landline and efficiently directing calls
· Professionally welcoming guests and clients for meetings and ensuring they’re comfortable
· Diary management/meetings bookings for the Founder
· Assist in setting up and catering for recurring team events
· Assist in keeping the office calendar up to date
· Keeping the samples library organised and tidy
· Ordering office supplies
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant
- Social media experience
- Video marketing – nice to have
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Proactive mindset
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
