TL;DR
We're on the lookout for an experienced growth marketer with experience in consumer/prosumer SaaS. You'll be joining the team as one of our first growth hires and will get to have massive impact on establishing this function, working closely with the product/engineering team and the CEO.
At its core, this role involves owning the B2C acquisition funnel, optimizing the user journey, and implementing growth tactics to maximize customer lifetime value.
✨ What You’ll Do ✨
- Growth Strategy & Experimentation: Develop, test, and scale strategies for both paid and organic channels, focusing on user acquisition and retention.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including paid search, social ads, and content marketing, across global markets.
- Analytics & Optimization: Use data from various analytics tools to drive decisions. Regularly measure and improve KPIs such as Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and retention metrics.
- User Insights & Product Feedback: Identify and share actionable user insights to help shape product development and marketing strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, design teams to create cohesive, cross-functional campaigns that drive growth and improve user experience.
- Innovation & Iteration: Stay ahead of trends in growth hacking, keeping a constant loop of testing, learning, and iterating to maximise impact.
✨ Who You Are ✨
- Experience: 3+ years in growth hacking, performance marketing, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Advanced in data visualization, tracking, and analytical skills to make data-backed decisions.
- Channel Expertise: Proficient in search and social channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and experience with growth tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
- Attribution & Optimization: Familiarity with different attribution models and campaign automation tools. You’re skilled at creating tracking strategies to analyze each part of the funnel.
- Nice to haves: Experience growing creator tools; any knowledge of 3D design; Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau); some experience with Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking and testing.
