*About the Role
SM92 is searching for a Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads, PPC and HubSpot Specialist) to join our dynamic team. You'll be a data-driven marketing professional with a proven track record in driving lead generation through strategic Google Ads & PPC campaigns. Partnering closely with our Sales teams, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for new client onboarding across Google advertising and HubSpot.
SM92 is an end to end digital marketing agnecy, specialising in lead generation. We're a leading UK healthcare specialist working with circa 200 clients across the UK and have begun our expansion into the USA late last year. We're currently expanding into new sectors and therefore, looking to expand our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Search & PPC:
· Develop and execute high-performing Google Ads campaigns aligned with our client's objectives.
· Manage campaign budgets, optimise bids and targeting strategies.
· Analyse campaign performance data using Google Ads reporting tools to identify areas for improvement and implement testing strategies.
· Stay abreast on Google Ads updates and best practices to deliver insigihts to the wider Google team.
· Be a leader in the team, offering mentorship and staff development support.
· Develop compelling content for landing pages and lead nurturing campaigns to attract and engage target audiences.
· Track and analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
· Integrate tracking software on websites, working with the Meta team to ensure all tracking is setup correctly from the start.
HubSpot
· Manage and optimise our internal HubSpot platform to streamline our lead generation and campaign objectives.
· Work with our clients to manage and onboard Hubspot, integrating dashboards and systems that meet there needs.
· Utilise HubSpot workflows and automation features to optimise marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other marketing tools and platforms.
· Support and train team members to manage HubSpot across the wider client base.
What We're Looking For:
· 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record in Google Ads, PPC and HubSpot.
· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including Search Network, GA4 and Display Network
· Strong understanding of PPC best practices, keyword research, and audience targeting.
· Proven experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
· Deep proficiency in HubSpot marketing tools and automation features.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Strong content creation skills to develop compelling landing pages and lead nurturing materials.
· Experience with additional marketing platforms like Semrush, Databox, Monday.com, Hot Jar.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
