The Social Media Executive plays a vital supporting role in the execution of social media campaigns, contributing to the overall success of our clients.
This role involves assisting with data collection, content creation, copywriting and research to help drive performance across multiple platforms and brands.

Responsibilities: Campaign Support & Performance:
- Assist with data collection and analysis to support campaign forecasting and performance reporting.
- Execute assigned tasks to contribute to overall team goals, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Support the development of case studies and performance reports under the guidance of senior team members.
Creative Research & Ideation:
- Conduct research on social media trends and best practices to inform content strategy.
- Contribute ideas during creative workshops and help evaluate the performance of social content.
- Input on creative ideation and test new concepts that align with campaign goals.
Content Creation & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure accuracy across all written content, avoiding factual errors and ensuring consistency.
- Showcase creativity in copywriting, adapting tone and messaging to suit different clients and audiences.
- Develop a basic understanding of each client’s target audience, contributing to the alignment of tone and content strategy.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Manage community interactions, responding to messages and comments as needed.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with the team, providing updates on workload and project progress.
- Support in the preparation of presentations for client-facing meetings and internal reviews.
Key Skills & Competencies: Creative & Strategic Expertise: Understanding of social platforms and trends, with an ability to conduct research and apply insights to content strategies. Developing copywriting skills, adaptable to different client tones and audiences, and showing creativity in written communication.
Organisation & Task Management: Strong organisational skills, capable of managing and prioritising personal workload with guidance. Detail-oriented and efficient in handling tasks to support overall team workflow.
Communication & Collaboration: Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to provide updates on progress and assist with presentations. Developing skills in community management and client communication.
Proactivity & Accountability: Takes ownership of assigned tasks and consistently meets expectations. Shows proactivity in identifying basic tasks and improvements, while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for crafting engaging, original content and storytelling on social platforms.
- Understanding of key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) and their best practices.
- Written communication skills, capable of creating compelling captions and posts.
- Strong interest in staying up-to-date with and adapting to social media trends.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Emplifi, etc, is preferred, but not required.
