We’re recruiting for an exceptional SEO Executive to join our fast-growing Marketing team in Paignton, Devon. This exciting role is for an experienced SEO, content creation, and social media professional working with our clients to improve performance.
Here’s a little bit about what we expect from our SEO Executive:
Role:
They will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and will hit the ground running, becoming immersed in the SEO, content creation, and social media world. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of SEO, content creation, and social media, ideally with over 6 months of experience. You’ll ensure all campaigns are supported to the highest standards, utilising all relevant, available, and applicable optimisation methods to ensure maximum performance. You’ll understand SEO strategies, content marketing, and social media management well. We highly value team members who work collaboratively to support their colleagues whilst having the ambition to grow our clients’ businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Help implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to support content optimisation efforts.
- Optimise website content, including meta tags and headers.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve identified issues.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Develop and manage content creation strategies for both web and social channels.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement.
- Produce regular performance reports with insightful commentary.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Proficient in analysing data to gain insights and make informed decisions.
- Understanding on-page SEO techniques, including keyword optimisation, meta tags, headers, and content structuring.
- Experience in content creation and social media management.
- Ability to plan and execute meaningful experiments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly presentable.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
