Marketing efforts and help us achieve their ambitious goals. You will join a team of 5 marketers.
Your new role
The Marketing Manager will spearhead their marketing initiatives, focusing primarily on the B2B sector while also ensuring strong branding and customer engagement for our B2C audience. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that enhance our market presence, generate leads, and drive revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy with a focus on B2B growth while maintaining B2C brand presence. Align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads (MQLs) and build brand saliency. Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.
- Analytics: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Branding & Positioning: Enhance brand positioning in the market through creative storytelling and consistent messaging. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and target audience.
- Partnerships & Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, potential partners, and clients. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
- Team Collaboration; Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to create integrated campaigns. Manage external vendors and agencies as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a tech business, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Braze, Webflow etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analysing metrics to inform strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
