About the role
We are looking for an innovative, tech-savvy and results-oriented Marketing Executive. The ideal applicant will have experience of B2C and/or B2B2C marketing, preferably within the financial service sector, and the ability to juggle varied tasks and responsibilities. The role offers opportunity for progression and the chance to work with a growing, international team. This position is based in one of our UK offices, but fully remote applications will be considered.
What you'll do
- Collaborating with the rest of the Marketing Team on the strategy and execution of Marketing initiatives
- Managing all marketing requests for one of our key regions/brands
- Building and sending email campaigns using our marketing automations system, and report on their performance
- Working with our Business Development team to provide marketing support for key partners
- Working with our Design and Development teams to create engaging, commercially focused marketing materials (collateral and digital assets)
- Manage Stakeholder relationships and build good working relationships with vendors and affiliate partners
- Event management
- Measure and provide insight/report on a number of success criteria, (open rates, CTRs (clickthrough rates), lead stage conversion, pipeline, and revenue influence).
What you'll need
- 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in financial services
- Relevant degree and/or marketing certification
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment
- An enthusiastic, creative thinker
- Ability to understand and utilise data to make informed decisions
- Experience of marketing automation software
- Experience managing social media profiles (Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise ad hoc requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
