As our Marketing & Digital Content Officer, you will be overseeing our ‘shop window’. Helping to showcase the services we provide and bring to life the stories of our service users through our website and social channels. Sharing our expertise and commentary on current affairs, your interest and knowledge in technology and web and social trends, will support our Media team to identify opportunities to highlight our work.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Nacro as our Marketing & Digital Content Officer, ensuring Nacro’s websites and social media are engaging, regularly updated with new content and delivering against key corporate objectives.
Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Oversee and deliver content plans to ensure new and relevant content is added to Nacro websites and social media in line with key corporate objectives and audiences.
· Develop and maintain Nacro’s websites ensuring webpages are kept up-to- date and new content is compliant and contributes towards a good user experience.
· Manage social media accounts through a social content plan and engaging with followers and responding to direct messages.
· Create digital content, such as blog posts, articles, web pages, social media posts and imagery.
· Track and analyse website traffic and performance and use data to inform on-going improvements and optimisations for Nacro’s digital presence. Produce regular reports in line with KPIs, and on-going requests.
· Ensure content is optimised for search engines, based on best practices and is considered for all content creation and development.
· Use social media and website tools to identify content, appropriate trends, and outreach opportunities for the Media team.
· Manage the Website and Brand inboxes, and support with other digital marketing work including setting data capture forms and communications via systems such as Eventbrite.
· Work with other departments to ensure Nacro’s digital presence, and their services are aligned with Nacro’s overall goals and objectives.
· Keep up to date with the latest best practices and use to inform new content and options for Nacro.

The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills with experience in maintaining and developing a brand’s digital presence through website and social content.
You’ll have a passion for nurturing online communities, and keeping up to date with the latest technology and trends to make informed improvements and user experiences.
You will also be able to analyse data to inform new creative directions with the ability to deliver on your ideas.
