**CRM Executive – Sports Nutrition Company – London (Flexible working)**
We are currently recruiting an excellent opportunity for a leading sports nutrition company as a CRM Executive. This is working for a top performing brand which is a market leader and sold across grocery, wholesale, discounters, convenience and direct on their site. The company have a great culture, strong progression in the business and looking for someone with email marketing experience to help drive customer education and brand loyalty.
Role:
As part of the role you will be responsible for;
- Plan & execute the email & SMS marketing calendar in line with the promotional & brand campaign calendar
- Put together engaging emails
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity to guarantee email communications are targeted and relevant
- Develop, manage, and execute the email marketing strategy
- Weekly and monthly campaign performance analysis & insights reporting
- Day to day ownership of the email briefing process
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
- 2+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing
- Ideally experience in FMCG industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive and energetic
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics and proficient in CRM tools and software

- Basic Salary up to £45,000 (potentially negotiable for the right person)
