Now entering its tenth year, Craft Gin Club has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive to join our passionate and talented marketing team.
Reporting directly into the Head of CRM, you'll play a pivotal role in our email and SMS marketing activity, by developing and launching engaging comms for our members, lapsed customers and prospects.
Detail-oriented and analytical, you will continuously strive to improve performance, to help the business hit their acquisition, retention and sales targets - in the UK and beyond!
Key Responsibilities
- Support our trading plans by managing our broadcast email and sms campaigns, including segmenting, creating, testing and scheduling
- Work with our in-house designers and content team to ensure we're surfacing the right messages, to the right audiences at the right time
- Support with keeping our automated flows, across all key cohorts, relevant, engaging and up-to-date
- Analyse and report on all email and SMS activity, making recommendations for improvement
- Ensure all campaigns are spell-checked and flawless prior to send
- Contribute to A/B testing programmes, to optimise campaign performance
- Monitor the campaigns of other D2C online retailers and share insights and inspiration
- Ensure campaigns comply with the latest email and data best practices
- Help keep the campaign plan up-to-date for all audiences
Requirements
- Three years experience in creating, managing and launching engaging email campaigns via Ometria or a similar ESP, for a D2C based business (ideally a subscription)
- Experience in setting up and scheduling automated flows as well as broadcast activity
- Experience in creating SMS campaigns preferred
- Understanding of key acquisition, retention and engagement metrics
- True team player with excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Real enthusiasm about project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- A good grasp of copy that draws the reader in
