My client is looking for a CRM executive to join their team 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home. In this role, you will be expected to create emails, briefings, and create engaging and impactful email communications with support from design and marketing teams. You will be drafting concise, focused copy suitable for email (subject lines, body copy etc.) and ensuring our tone of voice is consistent. Day to day you will be working with the digital team and the CRM Manager to ensure our emails are customer-centric with clear journeys, managing the creation of landing pages or content pages as needed. In this role, you will be proposing new or creative testing initiatives to increase customer engagement. Implementing test & learning methodology and always iterating on the testing plan. You will look to automate emails where possible and build out a CRM email plan that drives customer lifetime value (LTV) and retention. In this role you will be managing the customer database in Ometria, understanding the database, and utilising Ometria’s.
