We’re looking for a talented Email Marketing Executive to develop and deliver high-performing email campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive customer engagement.
What we really, really want…
We’re searching for a data-driven marketing executive with experience in email marketing and CRM management. You’ll be responsible for managing our email strategy, building engaging campaigns, and driving customer retention. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape Kit & Kin’s customer communication strategy and play a key role in our growth journey.
Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute Kit & Kin’s email marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Automated Campaigns: Manage and optimise automated email journeys, including welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns.
- Loyalty Programme Management: Oversee the development and execution of our loyalty programme, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
- Friend Referral Programme: Manage the friend referral programme, incentivising customers to bring new users into the Kit & Kin community.
- Ambassador Programme: Lead the strategy and management of our ambassador programme, nurturing relationships with brand advocates and tracking their performance.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the creative team to write copy, design and build visually engaging and on-brand email templates.
- Performance Optimisation: Perform A/B testing and continuously optimise email campaigns to improve performance and engagement metrics.
- CRM Management: Maintain and segment the CRM database to ensure personalised and targeted messaging for different customer segments.
- Analytics: Analyse email performance, loyalty engagement, and ambassador activity, generating reports to refine future campaigns and initiatives.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, loyalty programme best practices, and ambassador programme tools.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in email marketing and working with Klaviyo, with hands-on experience managing CRM platforms and email automation tools.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in using email marketing software Klaviyo
- Proven experience in managing loyalty programmes, referral programmes, and ambassador initiatives (using platforms such as MentionMe, Yotpo, Loyalty Lion, Awin etc)
- Data-driven with experience analysing campaign performance and optimising based on insights.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus.
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a difference in the world.
What you’ll get:
