We're looking for a truly exceptional candidate who can blend operational and strategic marketing and drive demand generation and ultimately, revenue based results.
With a new sales management team now in place, we're looking for an experienced marketing professional that can blend excellent brand marketing with strong demand generation results. You will need to partner closely with the sales team and mix the ability to drive new business results with existing business programmes that help us retain and grow our large UK customer base.
- Devising and delivering a successful B2B marketing strategy across the multiple UK brands Commify owns to deliver growth
- Brand management - this will include planning to elevate our premium brand and owning and maximising the value brand portfolio.
- Planning and delivering successful prospect campaigns; this is a role which requires both marketing strategy and a good grasp of current digital B2B marketing tactics
- Help us power up our customer marketing with an emphasis on new product penetration into our existing customer base.
- Planning, implementing and managing an Account Based Marketing programme
- Driving an emerging partner marketing programme with support from the global team.
- Manage and report marketing performance (KPIs), working closely alongside our colleagues in sales to identify areas for optimization and incremental improvements.
- Owning the UKI digital marketing assets including websites, CRM & collaterals.
- Building strong cross-functional internal and external relationships across the organisation, particularly with sales and support colleagues; you should be as much a part of the sales organisation as you are the marketing team.
- Resource and budget management, always with a view to building brand and driving strong ROI at an efficient CAC rate.
- Managing and developing our UKI Marketing Executive, and any other future reports
Requirements
- A track record of delivering successful demand generation campaigns tied to hard KPIs in a B2B environment.
- Demonstration of sales experience and empathy with the challenges faced by sales colleagues; able to work as both part of the sales and marketing function and hold both to account for results accordingly.
- Demonstration of how the Product - Marketing - Sales relationship works and experience of driving go to market activity across this span.
- Highly competent in current marketing demand generation tactics, tools and channels, both online and offline.
- Experience of designing an ABM strategy and managing through to revenue KPIs.
- Use of marketing analytics and data to drive targeted outcomes and to adapt strategy while programmes are in flight.
- Strong knowledge and executional skills in marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc) and experience in Salesforce CRM.
- Confident copywriter with an eye for detail - ability to move content from concept to deliver excellent digital experiences
- Confident working with senior members of the executive team and external customer stakeholders
- Competent at managing a budget and confident reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
- Strong agency management and people management skills; to continually drive better results to the business through continual programme optimisation.
- A ‘can-do' attitude evidenced with an ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and hit deadlines
- Genuine leadership skills, from engaging and listening to acting as coach and mentor to both their direct team and the wider marketing function.
