Job Purpose:
As a CRM Account Manager at 303, you will manage client relationships, ensuring that their CRM strategies are effective and performance-driven. You'll primarily work with Klaviyo, developing customer engagement strategies that drive growth and retention. Reporting to the Performance Growth Lead, you will collaborate with both the creative and wider digital team to optimise customer journeys and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Serve as the key point of contact for CRM clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their business goals are met.
- CRM Strategy Development: Create and implement CRM strategies, focusing on Klaviyo, to deliver customer engagement and performance growth for clients.
- Data Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and implement continuous improvements for clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house creative and performance teams to ensure campaign alignment across different channels.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, results, and recommendations for improvement.
- Account Growth: Identify new growth opportunities within existing client accounts, recommending additional CRM services and solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of CRM account management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, including campaign setup, automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and personalisation techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and implement actionable recommendations for improvement. Experience working with large datasets and producing reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work closely with clients and internal teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle 5+ client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
