Position Overview: As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by executing various campaigns, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and helping grow our brand’s presence across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from social media and email marketing to content creation and performance analysis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in D2C marketing and a passion for food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid media, etc.), ensuring they align with broader marketing goals.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms, engaging with our audience and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Email Marketing: Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns, including promotional offers, newsletters, and product updates. Monitor performance and suggest optimizations.
- Content Creation: Work with the creative team to develop compelling content, including graphics, copy, and video, that enhances the brand’s storytelling and engagement.
- Website Updates & Optimization: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to update the website, ensuring content is fresh, on-brand, and optimized for SEO.
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations and partnerships to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across campaigns (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversion). Provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Customer Engagement: Assist in managing customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries through social media and other communication channels, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing strategies, helping to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Event Support: Help plan and execute any brand activations, pop-ups, or community events to build brand awareness and connect with customers directly.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a D2C, food, or eCommerce brand.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food and a strong interest in the D2C space.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
