The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing and social media projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Based in our Manchester office, but may be required to travel to client events, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the wider social and marketing team. Your primary focus will be on administrative tasks for Confidential Guides clients, Confidentials marketing clients and Premier Club, as well as scheduling social media posts across all
platforms.
Your social media responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and re-sharing content daily for Confidential Guides and marketing clients.
- Assisting in content shoots.
- Assisting in content creation (experience with using Canva preferred but not essential)
- Retweeting tweets and working to boost our channels daily through audience engagement.
Your marketing responsibilities will include:
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns.
- Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects.
- Manage administrative duties.

Experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
