- Working directly with both clients and CS teams to explain plans and performance, and help them further understand the channel.
- Supporting CS teams with client expectation management and feel comfortable handling difficult client situations, working them through to a resolution.
- Attending/leading client meetings including creating & presenting slide content.
- Managing and prioritising your workload to effectively meet deadlines, including effective delegation.
- Supporting junior members of the team with their day-to-day tasks and overall development.
- Identifying, understanding and supporting wider department pressures, proactively suggesting solutions.
- Work with the senior PPC team to define new processes, ways of working and “Bring PPC Best Practice” to further our department offering and proposition.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, developments and tech and suggest innovative solutions.
- Contributing towards new business, through account audits, slide creation and pitching.
