Brighton or London - flexible, hybrid - 1 - 2 days per week in the office

Full Time (35 hours per week)
Salary £60K - £70K depending on experience + bonus + benefits

You'll be the senior B2B marketing partner in region and take ownership for creating and delivering the go-to-market strategy and plan across UK markets.
You'll execute a wide variety of go-to-market caigns and initiatives to build awareness of our products and services within our target audience and help position us as a thought leader to maximise profitable commercial growth.
How you'll help us make health happen
- Turn business objectives into an effective and measurable marketing strategy and plan to help the business achieve its commercial goals B2B channels.
- Identify and build opportunities and platforms that align with the global brand strategy.
- Effective budget management to support the marketing plan, allocate funds optimally, deliver best results without overspending and maintain a balanced investment-to-return ratio. Constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary.
- Be responsible for the output and performance of our content and creative from appointed PR and creative agencies.
- Use a variety of tactics and platforms to support demand generation and content building to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
- Support the B2B sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
- Tailor messaging and creative assets for all markets across UK
- Understand Bupa Global and partner brand guidelines and own all financial promotions (banners, web pages etc) for annual regulatory review.
- Ensure marketing and sales activities are connected, workflows are set up and caign strategy is personalised through content creation, personas and brand experience.
- Own and lead delivery of marketing reports to provide updates and analysis around ROI against various key performance indicators (KPIs) across UK markets. Convey insights and findings to senior management.
- Work closely with wider marketing and digital teams and sales and compliance stakeholders, fostering an environment where strategies are tested, and innovative ideas are brought to life.

You
- Significant, impressive experience as a Senior Marketing Manager in a B2B, Account-based role
- Broad experience of using multiple channels, online, offline, events, sponsorships and PR.
- Track record of paid spend optimisation across UK and channels with budgets in excess of c.£1M.
- Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team.
- Experience managing external agencies for creative, media, PR and events
- Budget management experience.
- Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with diverse teams globally.
- Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance would be great
