As a Content Marketing Manager at Findable, you’ll be a key player in a small but growing marketing team, contributing to our mission from our Norwegian headquarters or our London satellite office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong strategic vision and hands-on marketing expertise, coupled with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Develop Content Strategies: Understand our buyer personas and customers, and devise content strategies that address their challenges.
Create Engaging Content: Write clear, confident, and conversational copy across various formats.
Create Strong Product Marketing Materials: Develop persuasive and targeted marketing assets that highlight product benefits and features, driving engagement and supporting sales efforts.
Review and Edit: Provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of all content produced.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with external agencies, sales, customer success, product and senior leadership to ensure content reaches the right audience.
Analyze Performance: Use content performance metrics to refine and improve our strategy.
Manage Projects: Oversee an editorial calendar of ongoing projects, managing internal stakeholders, freelancers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation at a B2B tech scale-up or B2B agency, preferably within the proptech sector.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to craft content across various formats, from blogs to scripts.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to use insights to drive content performance.
- Experience working with SMEs and creating content tailored for multiple audiences.
- Familiarity with managing agencies and freelancers, including briefing, editing, and reviewing.
- Experience in working on websites, particularly with a focus on ABM, SEO, and conversion-oriented microcopy.
This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility between office-based and remote work. The role requires 2 days per week in our office based in London Bridge.
